Make the Most
*Arrive early to take a moment to unwind and relax.

*Discuss with your therapist anything that is sore or any questions you may have.

*Communicate with your therapist once you are on the table. Let them know if they are hitting a tender spot, using too much pressure, or if you want a specific spot worked on more.

*Relax and let your therapist move your body how they need to. It will be more comfortable for you.

*Practice diaphragmatic breathing. Ask your therapist how!

*Fall asleep and even snore if you want to!

*Drink lots of water after your session to get nutrients and oxygen to your muscles.
